About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to métier strategy and technical capitalization within the Rotor System Design team
- Focus on BMR technology by identifying technological limits and driving improvements
- Work on increasing production rates through the implementation of automation
- Support the team during major incident plateaus by strengthening root cause analysis processes
- Act as a technological authority during internal reviews
- Perform regular business trips to PLB and DON as required by the mission
Requirements
- More than 15 years of professional experience in rotor systems
- Recognized expert status in the domain by technical audit organizations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel to PLB and DON
