Expert Product Line and Innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations and product characterization trials, including defining test programs, managing budgets, and analyzing results.
• Ensure the regulatory, normative, and technical compliance of the entire product range.
• Define and update product technical data sheets and associated reference documents.
• Manage innovation projects from initial scoping and specification drafting to technical and budgetary coordination.
• Provide transverse technical expertise to internal teams, including sales, marketing, quality, and production.
• Supervise product orders and provide training to the customer technical assistance service on new products and systems.
• Represent the company in external working groups, including technical organizations, standardization bodies, and professional unions.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience in managing technical evaluations and product testing.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Strong experience in coordinating innovation projects and managing technical documentation.
• Ability to provide cross-functional technical support to diverse business units.
