Expert - New Civil & Parapublic (C&P) Segments & Business Development

Responsibilities

• Drive business development for new helicopter aviation segments in India and regional countries, including HEMS, Aerial Law Enforcement, and Disaster Management.
• Engage with key stakeholders such as operators, central ministries, regulators, state governments, lessors, and financing institutions to initiate new C&P missions.
• Identify new opportunities for helicopter induction by working with central paramilitary forces and state-level agencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and contribute expert knowledge to policy-making and the drafting/amending of CARs.
• Represent the company in high-level regulatory discussions, industry consultations, and professional forums.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on helicopter operations to enable sales through measurable business development initiatives.
• Support the introduction of helicopter operations in regional markets including Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Maldives.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in helicopter aviation.
• Expert knowledge of DGCA/CAR regulations.
• Working knowledge of EASA and FAA regulations.
• Deep expertise in commercial helicopter operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong commitment to ethics, compliance, and integrity.
