About the role
Responsibilities
- Initialize technical foundations, including codebases and project structures, while establishing development best practices
- Handle design, estimation, and development of critical or complex components
- Support team developers and perform code reviews (PR/MR)
- Act as the guarantor for the continuous integration chain
- Contribute to technical capitalization and present technical topics within teams
- Participate in pre-sales activities when your area of expertise is required
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent university cycle
- At least 3 years of experience with Java/Spring and JavaScript/Angular technologies
- Strong mastery of the Java/Spring Boot ecosystem and/or Angular frontends
- Experience implementing tools for performance, security, or industrialization
- Strong team spirit and client service orientation
- Desire to mentor others and tackle complex technical challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Docker, Ansible, or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or OVH Cloud
