Expert Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end expert engagement lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subject matter experts
• Lead expert onboarding, training, and expectation setting
• Build long-term relationships to encourage active participation
• Resolve platform-related issues and expert inquiries
• Prepare structured briefing materials for interviews
• Coordinate communication and scheduling between experts and interviewers
• Monitor interview pipelines and track knowledge collection progress
• Manage engagement campaigns and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Analyze participation trends and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
• Experience managing stakeholder, client, or community relationships
• Experience in onboarding, engagement, operations, or customer success
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
• Proficiency with scheduling and collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, knowledge management, or digital platform initiatives
• Experience in research, learning, or consulting environments
