Expert en Ingénierie Système : Guerre Electronique

Responsibilities

• Design and develop system architectures for electronic warfare solutions, including detection, surveillance, and countermeasures
• Elaborate detailed technical specifications for ESM Radar and Communications ESM systems
• Work on long-range passive detection and precise 3D localization of UHF communications
• Develop multi-band, GPS, and infrared jammers, as well as radar decoys
• Coordinate technical teams to develop test plans for validating electronic warfare systems
• Participate in responding to tenders and drafting technical and commercial proposals
• Provide strategic technical vision to reinforce ALTEN's positioning

Requirements

• Engineering degree in aeronautics, embedded systems, electronics, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system engineering, preferably in electronic warfare
• Mastery of system engineering tools such as SysML, UML, DOORS, or POLARION
• Deep knowledge of electronic warfare systems (Radar, jamming, decoys, and countermeasures)
• Knowledge of air traffic management systems and associated technologies
• Proficiency in technical English (written and oral)
• Experience in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training in Electronic Warfare systems
• Experience in the aeronautics or space sectors
