Expert Designer, Global Football Accessories, Graphic Design

Responsibilities

• Concept, sketch, and present innovative graphic designs for Global Football Accessories, including balls, bags, socks, and headwear.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and athletes, to bring designs to physical products.
• Manage the design process from initial idea to final execution, including selecting trims and print applications.
• Translate complex consumer insights into authentic visual narratives and compelling brand stories.
• Present design intent and narratives to executive leaders and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 7+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and CLO 3D.
• Strong skills in sketching, illustration, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Deep understanding of print, pattern, and the apparel product creation process.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing design needs.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with internal and external partners to ensure graphic execution accuracy.
• Familiarity with working within new digital spaces and emerging design trends.
• A strong passion for sport, strategic thinking, and visual storytelling.
