Responsibilities

• Source and qualify relevant industry experts against project briefs across sectors and geographies
• Conduct in-depth profile reviews to assess expertise, seniority, and relevance
• Conduct expert calls and consultations using structured discussion guides
• Capture accurate call notes and extract structured data points into internal systems
• Build and maintain professional relationships with experts to encourage repeat participation
• Use AI tools and internal workflows to accelerate sourcing and data enrichment
• Maintain accurate records in Airtable and internal platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Research, or related fields
• 1–2+ years in research, expert networks, sourcing, recruitment, or market intelligence
• Confidence conducting live calls with senior professionals
• Strong internet research and profile identification skills
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Airtable, CRM systems, and AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
