Expert Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting for key fashion brand partners by translating campaign and performance data into actionable growth strategies
• Act as a central expert for the Retail Media platform, advising on attribution models, algorithms, KPIs, APIs, and data exports
• Enable Account Management teams through training, best practices, and knowledge transfer
• Support complex customer workshops, performance reviews, and strategic business discussions
• Create compelling presentations, business cases, and decision-making foundations for annual meetings and product launches
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to define new product requirements in collaboration with the Commercial Development Team
• Drive the adoption of new products and features within the partner portfolio

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail Media, E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, or Account Management
• Analytical mindset with high numeracy and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining complex platform and data concepts
• Proven stakeholder management and solution-oriented working style
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, specifically Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and Meta
• Fluency in German and English
