About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive AI adoption and digital transformation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for UAE operations
- Design and implement AI agents and perform advanced prompt engineering
- Develop and manage workflow automation solutions
- Support enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives within the Microsoft 365 environment
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience in AI agent design and prompt engineering
- Expertise in workflow automation and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven experience working in enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience in AI adoption programs or enterprise digital transformation
- Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and compliance for AI solutions
- Microsoft certification in AI, Copilot, or related cloud technologies
