Expert Consultant, CFO Excellence

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFOs to reimagine finance operating models, unlock advanced analytics and AI, and drive transformative value.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for specific workstreams within BCG projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business issues, create strategies for change, and secure buy-in for recommendations.
• Provide deep functional expertise and insights to help build BCG's intellectual property and thought leadership.
• Support and execute complex case work, which may involve international travel to client sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance (e.g., CFO advisory, FP&A, finance transformation, or organizational strategy).
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Proven track record in finance transformation programs, such as operating model redesign, process re-engineering, or technology enablement.
• Experience with finance technology stacks, data architecture, and process optimization.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with senior client stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and Business Intelligence within a finance context.
