Expert Consolidation et Reporting Fiscal Groupe

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group's effective tax rate (ETR) and produce tax justifications at Group and segment levels
• Calculate and account for current and deferred tax provisions in Tagetik according to IAS 12
• Analyze factors influencing ETR, including tax rates, temporary/permanent differences, and legislative changes
• Prepare the tax section of Group financial statements and annual report notes
• Calculate and update the annual effective tax rate (EAETR) at each interim closing
• Manage IFRIC 23 provisions for uncertain tax positions
• Extract and prepare jurisdictional data for Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
• Support the Group Tax Department in relations with external auditors
• Coordinate with regional finance teams across 100+ countries

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation
• Strong expertise in IFRS tax accounting (IAS 12), IFRIC 23, and Pillar Two/GloBE rules
• Over 5 years of experience in tax accounting, tax reporting, or tax provisions
• Practical experience in financial consolidation under IFRS
• Proficiency in Tagetik, SAP BFC, OneStream, or similar EPM tools
• Fluent in both English and French
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex international topics
