About the Company

Fondazione MICRA is a non-profit organization that promotes financial inclusion and sustainable economic development through activities and projects in microfinance, financial education, and technical assistance for microenterprises. It operates in Italy, across Europe, and in developing countries.

Responsibilities

• Promote and assist with coaching sessions for selected enterprises in business planning and management
• Contribute to the development of a toolkit for water balance assessments for agricultural enterprises
• Support the development of coaching material tailored to specific business needs
• Assist a minimum of 40 agri-businesses in accessing financing
• Implement 1-to-1 follow-up sessions with each business

Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance, management, agroeconomics, or rural development
• At least two years of experience in development cooperation projects
• Understanding of Lebanon's financial inclusion sector and rural entrepreneurship finance
• Ability to be present in the Beqaa region at least 75% of the time
• Willingness to travel to Beirut for partnership meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supporting agricultural businesses
