Expert - CEO Office Strategy and Corporate Governance Sector

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level strategic, financial, governance, and performance advisory to the CEO’s Office.
• Lead integrated financial-strategic consulting workflows and steer cross-domain investment studies.
• Deliver advanced financial assessments, feasibility analysis, investment evaluation, and risk modelling.
• Develop financial performance frameworks, investment evaluation criteria, and sustainability indicators.
• Enhance governance and policy oversight by reinforcing financial governance systems and monitoring compliance.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives by reviewing financial feasibility, investment returns, and long-term impact.
• Champion the adoption of AI, analytics, and financial modelling tools to enhance strategic planning.
• Monitor sector programs and projects from a financial and strategic perspective to evaluate risks and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate institutional risks across safety, financial, operational, and reputational domains.

Requirements

• UAE Nationality is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Policy, Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or AI.
• 12+ years of professional experience if holding a Master's degree.
• 14+ years of professional experience if holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in financial strategy, investment analysis, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Extensive experience working within large public entities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, ACP, EFQM Assessor, CFA, or FRM.
• Experience with future foresight and advanced economic trend analysis.
