Expert - CEO Office Executive Affairs Sector

Responsibilities

• Support the governance of project portfolios to ensure alignment with Dubai and RTA strategic plans.
• Serve as a primary strategic advisor to the CEO regarding portfolio priorities, benefits realization, and international best practices.
• Design and implement advanced portfolio governance frameworks and corporate policy enhancements.
• Monitor program and project performance, reporting deviations and recommending recovery actions to the CEO.
• Supervise project progress, review change orders, and analyze root causes to ensure data validity and necessity.
• Manage relationships with government and semi-government entities and external partners.
• Lead CEO meeting preparations, including the development of briefs, documents, and presentations.
• Drive product and process improvements by analyzing statistical data and implementing AI-driven initiatives.
• Guide benchmarking against global best practices and lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 14 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience with a Master's degree.
• Proven expertise in Governance, Risk, and Excellence programs.
• Strong skills in Operational Excellence, Service Innovation, and Strategic Planning & Execution.
• Deep understanding of Project Management, Policy Analysis, and Development.
