Expert Butchery Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a product specialist and promoter for the butchery department, covering technicality, seasonality, and culinary knowledge
• Monitor market trends, sourcing, and competition to participate in local product selection
• Manage shelf stocking and ensure department presentation
• Provide expert advice and solutions to professional clients to drive sales
• Develop the client portfolio through immersion actions, phone calls, and visits
• Share customer feedback and best practices with internal services to improve performance
• Propose commercial animations and actions within your scope
• Train and transmit product knowledge and professional techniques to the sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of significant professional experience in a retail or commercial environment
• Proven expertise in the butchery sector
• Strong commercial and sales skills
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a stimulating environment
