About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the butchery sector shelf stocking and maintenance
- Ensure product supply and availability
- Control product quality by respecting hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Advise and propose products/solutions to professional clients
- Participate in commercial actions including phoning and client meetings
- Collaborate with the fresh food team and sales force to develop turnover
- Participate in the animation of collective actions or events within the Halles METRO
- Exchange with local buyers and producers
- Develop a client portfolio and manage professional relationships
Requirements
- Experience in sales within the butchery sector
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and drive for challenges
- Field-oriented and operational mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
