Expert Butchery Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the butchery sector shelf stocking and maintenance
• Ensure product supply and availability
• Control product quality by respecting hygiene, safety, and quality rules
• Advise and propose products/solutions to professional clients
• Participate in commercial actions including phoning and client meetings
• Collaborate with the fresh food team and sales force to develop turnover
• Participate in the animation of collective actions or events within the Halles METRO
• Exchange with local buyers and producers
• Develop a client portfolio and manage professional relationships

Requirements

• Experience in sales within the butchery sector
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and drive for challenges
• Field-oriented and operational mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
