About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the butchery department including shelf stocking and maintenance
- Ensure product availability and supply
- Guarantee product quality by following hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Advise and provide product solutions to professional clients
- Participate in commercial actions such as sales floor engagement, phoning, and client meetings
- Collaborate with the fresh food team and sales force to develop turnover
- Participate in the life of the METRO Hall by organizing collective actions or events
- Exchange regularly with local buyers or producers
- Develop a client portfolio and animate the professional category on the sales floor
Requirements
- Experience in sales within the butchery sector
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for challenges
- Field-oriented and operational mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
