Responsibilities

• Ensure product expertise and shelf maintenance for the Butchery department
• Act as a product specialist, promoting technical knowledge and culinary uses
• Monitor market trends, sourcing, and local product selection
• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 20 professional clients through sales and visits
• Provide guidance and technical training to the sales team
• Collaborate with internal services to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in the food or catering sector
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold temperatures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Organized, rigorous, and team-oriented mindset
