Expert AI/ML Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational, operational, and technical challenges to identify AI/ML opportunities
• Design, develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models
• Translate high-level business goals into scalable technical solutions
• Work across structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable intelligence
• Build predictive, analytical, and automation systems using modern AI frameworks
• Develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready systems
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend AI-driven improvements
• Communicate technical findings and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Lead or support AI strategy initiatives while remaining deeply hands-on technically

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• Minimum 17+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 15+ years with a Master's Degree
• Senior-to-expert level experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML/AI frameworks
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), neural networks, and predictive analytics
• Proven ability to independently develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable AI infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field
• Experience in the Intelligence or Space community
• Experience with generative AI and transformer-based models
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and AI governance
• Experience integrating AI into operational or enterprise environments
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring teams
