Experienced Transport Planner

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-profile transport projects including integrated transport strategies, public transport, and active transport.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare high-quality winning proposals.
• Provide technical rigour to studies through detailed data analysis.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and transport planning graphics.
• Facilitate and deliver stakeholder workshops.
• Mentor and aid in the development of junior planners and manage work distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Planning, Geography, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with WA Local and State government clients.
• Proficiency in spatial analysis and mapping using QGIS or ArcGIS.
• Strong technical report writing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar software for transport planning graphics.
• Experience in preparing and delivering stakeholder workshops.
• Exposure to project management.
