Experienced Trader

Responsibilities

• Formulate quantitative and automated trading strategies
• Manage and optimize intraday trading positions together with your team
• Focus on technical improvements on the desk while also automating various daily processes
• Manage trading positions and ensure essential information is captured accurately
• Identify new opportunities and products that align with Flow Traders growth strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market making and/or quantitative trading
• In depth knowledge in trading Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Assets, FX or Commodities
• University Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related
• Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
• Competitive, entrepreneurial and able to deliver under pressure
• Ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them
