Experienced Trader

Responsibilities

• Execute successful, proven trading strategies using firm capital.
• Articulate and validate trading strategies through rigorous data and logic.
• Maintain full accountability for all trading actions and risk management.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and moral character within a competitive environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within a proprietary trading firm or pod shop.
• At least 2 years of experience in a direct risk-taking role.
• A proven track record of successful trading strategies (returns must be prop-like in nature).
• Ability to clearly articulate and provide validation for your trading strategy.
• Demonstrated high moral character and professional integrity.
