Experienced Test Bench Validation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams (hardware, software, validation)
• Monitor project progress and ensure respect for contractual milestones
• Manage human and material resources and conduct steering committees
• Establish and deploy IVVQ (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) strategies
• Write test plans and define error cases
• Implement and automate test environments
• Use measurement devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Interface between hardware and software teams
• Identify and manage project risks and implement corrective action plans

Requirements

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in electronics, embedded computing, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience
• At least 2 years in project management and 3 years in test bench validation
• Mastery of test and validation methods for embedded systems
• Experience in test automation and CI/CD pipeline management
• Knowledge of REQTIFY and POLARION tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope)
• Understanding of the V-model and sector standards (defense, aeronautics)
