Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching within primary or secondary departments
- Contribute to the transformation of education for disadvantaged young people
- Support the achievement of high rates of progress for all students
- Implement effective classroom management strategies in accordance with school policy
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
Requirements
- QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree
- Proven experience teaching the primary or secondary curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Understanding of child development and its impact on lesson planning
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
