Experienced Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching within primary or secondary departments
• Contribute to the transformation of education for disadvantaged young people
• Support the achievement of high rates of progress for all students
• Implement effective classroom management strategies in accordance with school policy
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

Requirements

• QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree
• Proven experience teaching the primary or secondary curriculum
• Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Understanding of child development and its impact on lesson planning
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
