Experienced Software Designer

Responsibilities

• Craft next-generation Management and Orchestration solutions for 4G/5G and Cloud-native product portfolios
• Take end-to-end ownership of software components and features from design through deployment and lifecycle management
• Contribute to technical design and architectural discussions to shape the evolution of Network Management solutions
• Work in an agile, DevOps environment focusing on automation, CI/CD, and continuous delivery pipelines
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex problems within distributed, cloud-native environments
• Collaborate with international, multi-site engineering units and R&D sites
• Apply AI-driven technologies to improve development workflows, observability, and operational efficiency
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to local technical communities and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience in complex software environments (telecom or cloud-native preferred)
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and Linux environments
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-environment deployment (Dev/Test/Staging)
• Knowledge of observability practices including logging, metrics, and tracing
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies applied to software engineering or automation
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and iterative development practices
