Experienced Ski Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of group and private lessons to guests of all ages and abilities
• Utilize diverse skiing and teaching techniques to adapt to individual learner needs
• Provide exceptional guest service while managing physical and emotional risk
• Collaborate with instructor teams to organize guests based on goals and abilities
• Maintain an accurate work schedule using the internal Pro Card platform
• Demonstrate professional expertise and a passion for mountain recreation

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Minimum Level 2 PSIA Certification (or foreign equivalent)
• Minimum 2,000 documented teaching or coaching hours over the past 10 years
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to ski for multiple hours daily on varied terrain and in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Children’s Specialist certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
