Responsibilities

• Diagnose garage door problems in residential homes
• Present repair and upgrade options confidently to homeowners
• Close sales on the spot to maximize opportunities
• Perform technical installations including springs, motors, rollers, and full systems
• Install openers, keypads, and wiring
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience to generate repeat business

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in garage door sales and service
• Proven ability to close in-home sales
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures
• Currently employed by a reputable garage door company
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• High close rate (80%+ preferred)
• Strong history of 5-star customer reviews
• Experience with high-ticket sales and objection handling
