Responsibilities

• Diagnose garage door problems in residential homes
• Present repair and upgrade options confidently to customers
• Close sales on the spot
• Perform technical repairs including replacing springs, motors, rollers, and full systems
• Install openers, keypads, and wiring
• Ensure high-quality installation and service execution
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience to generate referrals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of garage door sales and service experience
• Proven ability to close jobs in-home
• Currently employed by a reputable garage door company
• Valid driver’s license with a 3+ year driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, bend, climb, and kneel
• Basic math and reading skills for measurements and payments
• Proficiency with navigation apps and tablets
