Experienced RV Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems including electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components
• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs to ensure timely and accurate service across various RV makes and models
• Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
• RVTI certification
• Possession of a personal tool set
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with an assistive device
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
