About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent the Quality function to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into program processes
- Provide quality interpretation of requirements and develop quality metrics
- Design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection
- Perform analysis, tests, and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness
- Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances and analyze trends to evaluate corrective action effectiveness
- Lead root cause corrective action investigations and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- 3+ years of experience in Quality and/or Supplier Quality
- 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- 3+ years of experience interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications
- 3+ years of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements
- Experience working with AS9100 or similar Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience specifically in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 1+ years of experience in statistical data analysis using statistical software
- Experience applying audit standards, procedures, and techniques
- Experience with process specification development
