Responsibilities

• Run your own clinic involving assessment, treatment, and titration of heart failure medications under delegation
• Provide ongoing counseling to patients with heart failure
• Conduct patient and relative education through heart failure schools
• Provide telephone counseling
• Perform registration in the Rikssvikt quality register
• Contribute to continuous improvement of care within the unit

Requirements

• Specialist nurse in cardiology or a licensed nurse with several years of experience treating heart failure patients
• Independent and confident in your professional role
• Interest in quality improvement and driving operational development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Preference for completion of the "Hjärtsvikt 7,5p" course
