Experienced Landscaper

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain commercial yards based on client specifications
• Prepare soil and ground conditions to ensure plant health and growth
• Safely operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, tillers, and other landscaping equipment
• Perform plant care including trimming, pruning, and fertilizing trees and bushes
• Monitor and treat weeds, plant diseases, and pests
• Communicate with clients and managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and budget
• Adhere to all safety protocols to protect the crew and the environment
• Assist in training and mentoring newer crew members

Requirements

• Proven previous experience in professional landscaping work
• Strong knowledge of plants, soil, and fertilizer application
• Proficiency with landscaping tools including mowers and trimmers
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Official training or certifications in landscaping or horticulture
