Responsibilities
- Support the experienced hire team by finding, interviewing, and hiring non-technical professionals in Asia offices
- Provide white-glove service to candidates and internal hiring teams
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate communications
- Develop fresh ideas for recruitment approaches, creative sourcing methods, and pipelining
- Position the firm and its teams effectively in a competitive market
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in financial services or a related area
