Experienced Hire Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for specific business units to ensure effective and timely recruitment support
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business goals and anticipate talent needs
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing solutions and talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in accordance with global operating procedures and best practices
• Profile, pre-screen, and present qualified candidates to business leaders
• Integrate diversity and inclusivity principles into the end-to-end recruitment process
• Monitor recruitment strategy effectiveness and provide timely reports and analytics to leadership

Requirements

• Graduate qualification
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience in an in-house or outsource environment
• Comprehensive expertise in talent sourcing and candidate mapping
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset
• Proven ability to build relationships and engage with business leaders at all levels
• Meticulous attention to detail and high level of self-initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure recruiting for talent within the Professional Services or Consulting industries
