Responsibilities

• Manage your own trading book with a focus on FX products
• Collaborate across the trading desk to execute team goals while meeting risk standards
• Analyze market trends, order flow, and technical patterns to identify opportunities
• Develop, test, and refine trading strategies using historical and real-time data
• Monitor macroeconomic events, central bank policies, and geopolitical developments
• Conduct research to improve existing strategy performance
• Monitor risk levels and PnL variance, communicating changes to leadership
• Grow your business through mentorships

Requirements

• 2+ years of verified risk-adjusted profitability in FX markets
• Entrepreneurial mindset and competitive nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven self-starter with deep product knowledge and market insight
• Ability to manage and communicate risk according to firm policies
• Proficiency with trading platforms, execution algorithms, and market data tools
• Mentality of continuous improvement and openness to feedback
