Experienced Executive Compensation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on executive remuneration competitiveness and review universal registration documents
• Assist in defining executive compensation policies and designing long-term incentive plans
• Support Remuneration Committees and Boards of Directors with advisory services
• Provide governance consulting regarding director roles, pay-ratio, and "Say on Pay" practices
• Support M&A activities through HR due diligence, retention strategies, and policy harmonization
• Participate in business development, marketing actions, and broader Work & Rewards projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consulting or a Compensation & Benefits department
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and listening skills
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong mathematical and statistical capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
