Experienced Enterprise Partner - Internal Control

Responsibilities

• Participate in company-wide initiatives including risk identification, risk analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, approvals, and policies.
• Provide research, analysis, and insights regarding effectiveness, efficiency, and system feasibility for management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis and establish action plans to improve the control environment.
• Stay updated with industry best practices to support the continuous growth of the internal control team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• High professional proficiency and exemplary communication skills in English to support APAC and EMEA markets.
• Familiarity with procurement process logic and experience in procurement-related compliance.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional ethics, a results-oriented mindset, and a dedicated work attitude.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and a genuine enthusiasm for critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in internal controls and/or risk management operations.
• Background working in internet/tech multinational companies or consulting firms.
