Responsibilities
- Bring expertise in trading DI futures and related rates products to a highly profitable trading firm
- Own and manage a Brazilian rates trading book, focused on DI futures, via curve trades or cross-market relative value strategies
- Consistently generate strong, risk-adjusted returns across varying macro and volatility regimes
- Manage your own portfolio of active strategies and drive trading decisions
- Collaborate across your trading desk to execute teams’ goals while ensuring core risk and compliance standards are met
Requirements
- 3-5 years of profitable trading in Brazilian fixed-income markets
- Expertise in directional and curve-based strategies
- Understanding of Brazil’s debt auction process and its impact on DI Products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven self-starter with exceptional product knowledge and market insight
