Experienced Craftsman/Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling tasks
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, trim, doors, minor plumbing, and basic electrical
• Troubleshoot home issues and recommend practical, long-lasting solutions
• Manage job sites efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Communicate clearly with customers and the internal team using provided tools and systems

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Registered truck or van with valid insurance and a valid driver’s license
• Ownership of standard tools required for residential handyman tasks
• Ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects from start to finish
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential repairs, maintenance, or remodeling
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, tile, and painting
• Professional communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience installing smart home devices
• Background in finish carpentry or custom cabinetry
• Familiarity with digital job management tools or reporting software
