Experienced Broker - Luxury Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Represent high-end residential assets and cater to an exclusive luxury clientele in Dubai.
• Drive sales and lead private client engagements through careful qualifying and best practice standards.
• Meet and exceed sales target key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain regular client contact through scheduled meetings and update calls.
• Identify and manage relationships with potential key connectors and referral partners.
• Liaise with buyers and developers to ensure timely execution of sales and purchase agreements (SPAs).
• Ensure all transactions and administration adhere to RERA, Dubai Land Department, and AML regulations.
• Assist in the organization of local and international promotional events and project campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury residential sales within the UAE or internationally.
• Valid RERA card is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field.
• MRICS certification.
• Fluency in Arabic or other additional languages.
