Responsibilities

• Trade B3-listed futures products including DI (Interest Rate) Futures, Ibovespa Index Futures, USD/BRL Futures, and select commodity futures
• Analyze Brazilian macroeconomic developments, monetary policy (COPOM), inflation trends, fiscal policy, and capital flows
• Consistently generate strong, risk-adjusted returns across varying macro and volatility regimes
• Manage a personal portfolio of active strategies and drive trading decisions
• Collaborate across the trading desk to execute team goals while ensuring risk and compliance standards are met

Requirements

• 3-5 years of profitable trading experience in B3-listed futures products
• Deep understanding of Brazilian interest rate cycles and DI curve mechanics
• Knowledge of local and offshore flow dynamics
• Understanding of B3 contract specifications, clearing, and margin frameworks
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as a team player
