About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design board power solutions for radio, baseband, and network router products
  • Develop DCDC power solutions, including lightning protection, polarity protection, hot-swap, EMC filter, power stage, and control loop design
  • Perform circuit simulation, power loss calculations, and margin analysis
  • Manage isolated and non-isolated DCDC design, including performance improvement and verification
  • Execute schematic design and guide PCB engineers on layout, placement, and routing
  • Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, layout plans, signal plans, and verification reports
  • Conduct root cause analysis and maintenance for released products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation
  • Hands-on experience with power converters such as BUCK, BOOST, FLYBACK, Forward, Half-bridge, or Full-bridge
  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment including DC sources, Oscilloscopes, Electrical loads, LISN, and Loop analyzers
  • English proficiency (CET-6 or above) with strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams (Hardware, Digital, Mechanical, Thermal, and Software)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electronic component reliability control and failure analysis
  • Knowledge of semiconductor packaging technology and processes
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude toward technical challenges
