Experience Strategist

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy across key accounts and identify future growth opportunities
• Build CRM, lifecycle, loyalty, and membership strategies to strengthen customer relationships
• Translate customer insight, data, and market signals into practical recommendations
• Write strong briefs to guide creative and experience work
• Collaborate with Creative, Experience, Data, and Technology teams to execute ideas
• Stay informed on emerging technology and AI to form strategic views
• Contribute to new business pitches and practice growth
• Work with analytics teams to measure results and optimize work
• Support and mentor other strategists

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy, CRM, CX, customer engagement, or loyalty
• Proven experience building CRM, lifecycle, or loyalty strategies for major brands
• Ability to turn customer data and insights into actionable strategies
• Understanding of retention, personalization, and long-term customer value
• Ability to build clarity in ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to present points of view
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
