About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with overnight valet, bell needs, and guest requests
- Manage resort reservations and intradepartmental communication
- Execute night audit processes and report to finance
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or text
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping for guest safety and cleanliness
- Maintain front desk and front drive areas
- Perform clerical duties including filing and shipping
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with minimal supervision
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and professional service
- Ability to proactively upsell products and services
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in front desk, hotel concierge, or reservations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with PMS software (e.g., Opera) or spa booking systems (e.g., Book4Time)
- Familiarity with dining reservation systems and Alice
