Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-property guest contact, delivering personalized service from check-in to departure
• Manage real-time itinerary adjustments and fulfill special requests
• Build, update, and fine-tune guest itineraries to align with wellness intentions
• Manage wellness service booking requests from various partners including Four Seasons and Island Club members
• Act as a trusted resource for information regarding wellness packages, activities, and dining
• Proactively resolve guest issues and perform service recovery
• Ensure accurate guest service charges, billing, and reporting
• Collaborate with pre-arrival specialists and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the medical or wellness industry at a front desk or control desk
• Luxury hospitality experience in reservations, call center, or concierge roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to relocate to the island of Lāna'i
