About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the Hall of Fame and provide information on all aspects of the experience
- Assist guests with ticket purchases or redemptions
- Guide guests through profile creation and introduce them to the Hall of Fame Experience
- Interact with and teach guests how to use virtual reality and interactive digital exhibits
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a safe and memorable visit for all guests
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented
- Knowledgeable and passionate about U.S. Soccer
- Responsible, reliable, and able to multitask
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
