About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day venue operations to ensure high service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage, schedule, and delegate responsibilities to on-site staff
- Run different sessions personally to set an example for the team
- Maintain show elements, equipment, and facility cleanliness
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate and private events
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage operations budget, tracking costs, staffing, and maintenance
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies
- Drive group sales through inbound response and outbound lead generation
- Develop programming ideas to drive attendance and revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or franchise management
- Experience driving group sales and managing inbound/outbound leads
- Understanding of budgeting, expense control, and retail operations
- Strong leadership and effective oral/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets/Excel)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate physical tasks
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
