About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production for NYC brand marketing activations, from strategic planning to on-the-ground execution.
- Lead execution of small to medium scale NYC activations in partnership with cross-functional Nike brand functions.
- Manage creative partner and agency outreach, including negotiations, budgeting, and contracting in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
- Drive weekly alignment meetings and communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress against milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all key dates and gates are met.
- Lead on-location installation, manage production schedules (ROS), and oversee on-the-ground partners for fabrication and programming.
- Build and maintain a database of inspiring creative and production partners within the industry.
- Proactively flag project risks or issues to leadership to allow for necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in production or creative project management.
- Deep knowledge of live consumer experience production, including scenic fabrication and live programming.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and budget planning, management, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Brand Marketing or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong ability to organize and lead diverse teams toward successful outcomes.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and solve complex problems with a solutions-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of content production, specifically regarding content capture at live experiences.
- A personal passion for online-to-offline experiences.
- An understanding of the NYC landscape and the pulse of sport.
