Experience & Interface Designer

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for the Agency Service Portal
• Design and maintain UI components and contribute to the evolution of the design system
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design production and prototyping
• Participate in design critiques and visual reviews based on stakeholder feedback
• Maintain design documentation, component libraries, and design playbooks

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in interface design or UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing and design system management
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and interface design patterns
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
• Ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public sector or citizen-facing digital services
• Familiarity with Agile environments
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for visual asset creation
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript (Angular, jQuery), and CSS frameworks
• Knowledge of design tokens and scalable design system architecture
